Attempts to update PDF specified by "sourcepdf" to the version specified by "conformancelevel", and save updated PDF in "destpdf". Valid versions are:

By default, Win2PDF sets the PDF/A version to PDF/A-1b. Setting the PDF/A conformance level to a different value is not necessary for most PDF/A software but some compliance software requires a specific PDF/A conformance level. You can only set the PDF conformance level to a higher version than the existing version of "sourcepdf".
